The annual iGaming North America (IGNA) Conference takes place this year at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas from April 5-7. Organizers bill it as the educational “convergence” for land based and online gaming professionals in North America.

The conference is packed with big named speakers such as Sue Schneider, Founder of eGamingBrokerage.com and actor Bill Rini—who moonlights as Head of Online Poker for WSOP. Panelists from leading publication Legal Sports Report and PokerStars management will also be taking the floor to answer tough questions.

The extensive program of talks scheduled are also not to be missed.

Eric Hollreiser, Vice President of Corporate Communications, Amaya, will be talking about PokerStars’ US return in the Executive Panel – The New Deal. Hollreiser will tackle tough topics such as how all stakeholders can work together for the good of the industry, and how the shakeup in the competitive landscape will effect affect groups such as vendors, service providers, consultants, and players.

Dustin Gouker, Writer and Content Manager from Legal Sports Report is moderating panelists: Lee Jones from PokerStars, Matt Savage, World Poker Tour Executive Director and Michael O’Malley, COO from Pala Interactive for the session, Maintaining Player Ecosystems – The Micro View. The group will gibe their opinions on the optimal house/player relationship.

“Rewarding Excellence”

Day 3 of the conference will see the announcement of the IGNA award winners. The awards are traditionally known as rewarding excellence and innovation in the gaming sector.

Last year saw DraftKings walk away with “Best Fantasy Sports Provider” and Playtika as “Best Social Gaming Operator”. After the way 2015 panned out, it will be interesting to see who wins the 2016 categories: Best Marketing Campaign, Operator of the Year, Best Social Gaming Operator, Best Payment System, Best Fantasy Sports Provider, Best Platform Supplier and Best Innovation in North American iGaming.
