Yesterday, the Merge Network removed the options to deposit and withdraw using UseMyWallet (UMW), also known as QuickTender. However, UMW is still operating for Cake and reportedly for Bodog as well.

Reports posted on 2+2 are fueling the concerns of some players. Reportedly, funds have left UMW via payment processors but have yet to be returned to players’ accounts. While some players have been able to deposit their funds held at UMW on to other networks, others are not as fortunate. Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.

Please note that the main trouble at the moment is that some of the withdrawals have been processed by our partner bank with a delay and some are going to be returned to us. I hope you understand that we can not re credit your QuickTender account until we have a confirmation from the banks regarding the statuses of the wires sent. Unfortunately, it is a very time consuming process due to having to go through each of the transactions separately.

Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this issue.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

Kind Regards,
Sofia

The removal of a banking option from the world’s largest US-facing online poker room is troubling to some and instilling panic in others. In a time when two of the three online poker operators that were targeted on “Black Friday” have yet to return funds to the US account holders, and memories of failed e-wallets such as eWalletXpress are fresh in players’ minds, it is no wonder the anxiety levels are rising.
